"Tim and staff are fantastic! They saved us after a horrible experience with Orbitz as our booking agent for PV. We were literally on the street with nothing more from Orbitz than a - Oops! Here is your money back - sorry you’re in a foreign country with no place to stay! Within 5 minutes of walking into Tim's office he had helped us rent a beautiful condo which, frankly, was much superior to our other booking which left us stranded. We wouldn't think of traveling to Puerto Vallarta and booking through anyone else ever again!"
