"Where do I start? First, let me say the condo we stayed in was beautiful. It had every amenity we were looking for. The staff at PVRPV was the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met. When I was in Vallarta I had the pleasure of losing all my important documents. I had left my wallet and passport in a taxi. I was supposed to leave the next day, and I was afraid I was not going to be able to leave. I do not speak good Spanish, so I was having difficulty finding out what to do. The situation was complicated by the fact that it was Mexican Independence Day, and the consulate was closed for the next four days. Mike at PVRP made it his problem, he went way out of his way to help me. Mike called everyone he could, and when we couldn't reach anyone, he assured me I was not alone. Elizabeth reminded me that I had a copy of an old passport at home, and even let me e-mail it to his office. The documents worked and I was allowed to leave the country. I feel if Mike and Elizabeth had not made the effort he had I would have been stuck in Puerto Vallarta with no money, or place to stay. I am very grateful for the people at PVRPV, and they may never know how much."

"We called several rental agencies to only experience the difficulties in finding a long-term rental in Puerto Vallarta. We finally were referred to Tim from PVRPV and were told that they were the best. At first we had thought it to be an exaggeration until we dealt with them - Wow, in the land of Manana Tim and his excellent crew worked tirelessly to find all of our requirements in a rental. PVRPV has an excellent staff with such prompt service that I never even seen in my 25 years living in the U.S. When we moved in our rental they promptly asked if we needed anything and every single request from fixes to orientation they promptly provided. The maintenance crew are wonderful A service that is unlike anything I have experienced anywhere. I can NEVER forget the time when I even locked myself out late Friday night and called them. His crew promptly came to help and got our problem solved. I know of NO SUCH service that can even come close. PVRPV in my view are #1."

"Just have to say that I have been going to Puerto Vallarta for the last 25 years and that Tim, Agustin, Mike, and Jeff made this the best trip ever for me. The service and professionalism was outstanding, saw Mike in the rain one night and he went out of his way to get a taxi for me, now that is service beyond the call of duty. Even got to know them more personally and they are sons any MOM would be proud of. Keep up the good work and hope to come back soon. To all who will listen they are definitely the best, they will go out of their way to make your trip the best ever. Thanks guys for all your effort to make one Mom very happy."
