PVR PV Guest Pre-Care Services: Given to All PVR PV Guest
Before the Guest Even Arrives
After the Guest has chosen the best home for their time in Vallarta which includes preparing the home to the specific needs of each Guests individual requirement. We will stock the kitchen and refrigerator with an advance list of grocery and sundry items. We can stock the bar and wine inventory and provide complete floral care and arrangement. PVR PV can also provide professional and creative culinary services as well. Full catering services are available as well.
Phase II
PVR PV On-Site Guest Care: Given to All PVR PV Guests
PVRPV Concierge! To the Rescue!
PVR PV has also begun including additional concierge services for our Guests, including shopping, tours and information. It is important to us that we become a full service vacation rental agency. PVR PV will meet each Guest at your home by our professionally trained five star concierge service provider; welcoming them with a beautifully designed gift basket of traditional Mexican delicacies. Our concierge will personally introduce the features of Your Home, answer any questions and to be available throughout the Guests stay for any incidental needs and service reservations. In addition to meeting each guest at their vacation condo and showing them all the features of your home, we want to go the extra mile for our guests, even if that means a trip to the pharmacy at 10pm on a Friday night. It is at this level of committed service that we see our guests returning to us and recommend their friends and associates to our service as well.
Phase III
PVR PV After-Care Services: Given to All PVR PV Guests
We will also provide each of our Guests with complete PVR PV After-Care Services. At the conclusion of the time at your home, our PVR PV concierge will meet the departing Guest to ensure a satisfactory visit, an invitation to return and to hear any constructive feedback on the home and its features. This information will be forwarded to the homeowner. Finally, the PVR PV Guest will be given an opportunity to provide a comment or two on their visit in the manor of a testimonial and to refer an invitation to any of their associates or friends to stay at your vacation home.
